A selection of hor d'oeuvres or appetizers can be served prior to meal and adds a classy touch when guests are waiting for the big event. $3.50 per person for events with over 100 guests. Includes vegetable trays, cubed meat & cheese trays, vegetable dip and crackers. Additional hor d 'ouevres, appetizer's, or sweets may be added to this menu.

All dinners are served sit down and include rolls, butter & condiments. The dinners below include china dinner plates, cups and saucers, glass salad plates, and flatware.
Linen table covers, napkins, & stemmed water goblets are available for an extra charge of $2.00 per person.

Sit down meal costs are subject to a gratuity charge & 7.5% sales tax. Menu alterations may be made. Just ask for details. Some examples are listed below:
